Costs, Utilities & Policies

Each applicant aged 18 and above is subject to a $45 application fee. The security deposit is $500 for all floor plans. Electricity and water utilities are invoiced by and paid directly to the service provider. We do charge a monthly legal liability fee of $13 per apartment with your rent.
