Income Restricted Apartments
The lower rental rates listed above are for tax credit apartment homes. To qualify for these reduced rates, your household’s total gross income must be less than the amounts listed below.

The higher rental rates listed match current market levels and have no maximum income restrictions. All applicants, including tax credit applicants, must make at least three times the rental amount.
Costs, Utilities & Policies
Each applicant aged 18 and above must pay a $50 application fee. The security deposit is $500 for all floor plans. Electricity and water utilities are invoiced by and paid directly to the service provider. We do charge a monthly legal liability fee of $13 per apartment with your rent. Pet Policy
No Pets Allowed. Exceptions apply for approved Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals with valid healthcare provider documentation, in compliance with HUD/FHA guidelines. Approved assistance animals incur no pet fees, though residents remain responsible for any property damage.
